You will have read with interest the Proof of Trust’s notice of intention to float on the full list of the London Stock Exchange. We are very excited at this prospect and I wish to reiterate what I said in the notice, that we are particularly pleased to be able to share the success of this groundbreaking venture in the form of a public listing.
Clearly, as the process takes its course, there will be a necessary period when information that we can distribute will be limited. Please be assured that the board, and its excellent advisers, are actively engaged in working as hard as possible so that the company can achieve its desired objectives in the shortest possible period of time.
